UBC KNIT & SEW
The UBC Knitting and Sewing club is focused on providing a fun and creative environment where knitters, sewers and crocheters alike come together and share the joy of crafting. Our exec are experienced knitters, crocheters, needle crafters, and sewers, and we host relaxed meetings weekly. Even if you don’t feel like working on a project, that’s fine- come hang out and meet a great group of people who share your excitement.

WORKSHOPS
Beginner Lessons in a Multitude of Crafts
We host workshops throughout the year to garner interest in all that crafting has to offer- from amigurumi to quilting. We will also host workshops for those of higher skill levels to experiment with new projects and exciting opportunities. Workshops will be posted on our Instagram, email newsletter and Discord server, so be sure to check back often and follow us to keep updated!
MEMBERSHIP
Connection and Crafting
Membership to the knitting club has many benefits, including free admission to our weekly craft circles, as well as unlimited use of our wide range of tools and materials, and free rentals on one of our three sewing machines.
We currently process memberships in cash or by card in person, or online through Bounce, though we'd recommend avoiding using Bounce as it comes with hefty service fees! Come see us at Imagine Day, Clubs Days, or at one of our meetings to get started :)
